ACE-II Shelter
ACE-II shelters, compared to ACE-I, offer a larger interior volume and are designed for the integration of medium-sized electronic systems. They provide ample space for rack-type equipment, data processing systems, and power distribution infrastructure, creating a balanced solution in terms of both equipment capacity and maintenance access for mobile operations.

ACE-II Shelter is the mid-size variant of the NATO Air-Conditioned Environment family. Depending on configuration, it provides interior volume for 4 to 8 personnel or several electronic equipment racks simultaneously, making it a common choice for communications centres, signals intelligence and mid-tier command and control posts. The Ozben Defence ACE-II platform is designed in line with NATO STANAG 2413 and manufactured at our Ankara production facility.

Construction
The sandwich-panel shell uses an aluminium or steel outer skin with a low-thermal-conductivity core. Doors, windows and cable penetrations are gasket-sealed. The floor is designed for rack loads and personnel circulation; an optional seismic isolation package protects sensitive equipment from vibration. Transport can be configured for a ground vehicle, trailer or ISO-compatible platform.

The final dimensions, HVAC capacity, interior layout and integrated subsystems of the ACE-II are defined project by project based on the integrated electronic load, number of personnel workstations, transport platform and site environmental conditions.
